As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Your role is critical in achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly.
Guide customers through the selection process and complete the billing.
Meet or exceed category-wise and overall sales targets.
Manage returns, repairs, and exchanges professionally.
Maintain stock levels and report daily stock status (opening, sold, closing).
Ensure attractive and compliant product displays in your section.
Secure high-value stock and report discrepancies or theft promptly.
Support in-store marketing, VM updates, and local promotional events.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complaints as per company policy.
