Javascript - Senior Associate

Job Description (3-5 years)

We are seeking a talented and motivated JavaScript Developer with 3-5 years of professional experience working with core JavaScript (Vanilla JS). This role is perfect for developers who enjoy writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code without relying heavily on front-end frameworks. You’ll play an important role in building fast, responsive, and user-centric web applications, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, maintainable web applications using JavaScript (Vanilla JS), HTML5, and CSS3
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement functional and responsive user interfaces
• Debug and resolve performance or functional issues in existing codebases
• Integrate APIs and third-party services for data exchange, authentication, and more
• Optimize code for speed, responsiveness, and scalability across devices and browsers
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and overall project documentation
• Stay up to date with modern JavaScript standards (ES6+) and browser capabilities
• Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience with JavaScript (Vanilla), HTML, and CSS
• Strong knowledge of ES6+ features, JavaScript fundamentals, and browser APIs
• Solid experience in DOM manipulation, event handling, and front-end performance optimization
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and working with JSON
• Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility basics
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in Agile or fast-paced development environments
