Job Description;

A Java Developer with AWS skills is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of applications utilizing the Java programming language and leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role focuses on building scalable, resilient, and performant cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Java-based applications, often utilizing frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Integrate and utilize various AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudFormation/Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver features.
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications and services hosted on AWS.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and AWS infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews, adhering to best practices and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Java programming and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot).
• Experience with AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation/Terraform.
• Understanding of cloud architecture principles, including scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM tools.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
