Java Trainer

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver comprehensive software testing training programs. Create detailed course materials and hands-on exercises. Assess students’ understanding and proficiency through evaluations and feedback. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in software testing. Facilitate both in-person and online training sessions. Customize training content to meet the varied needs of learners. Coordinate with other trainers and stakeholders to continuously improve training effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance. Prior experience in training or teaching, preferably in software testing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to tailor training content for audiences with different levels of expertise. Skills Software testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) Manual and automated testing techniques Test case design and execution Bug tracking and reporting Agile and Scrum methodologies Good communication skills Presentation skills
