Urgently Hiring: Tech Lead – Full Stack (Java + React)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical project delivery.
• Apply SDLC and Agile/Scrum best practices for effective project execution.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using design patterns and architecture principles.
• Oversee code reviews, ensure performance optimization, and maintain code quality.
• Collaborate closely with developers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical mentorship and guide the team on best practices.
• Prepare and share regular status updates with stakeholders.

Technical Skills Required:

• Programming: Java (8+), Spring Boot, React.js
• Databases: RDBMS (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB), caching tools (Redis, Hazel Cast)
• Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Architecture: Strong in Microservices Design & Implementation
• Cloud: Experience with AWS or Azure
• Other: Strong debugging, code review, and performance tuning skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 60% throughout academics.
• Graduated from recognized institutes (e.g., NIT, NIST, BIT).
• Must show career stability (2–3 years minimum in one organization).
• Prior experience working with US/UK clients preferred.
