Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL) with the ability to write complex queries. Experience in application support , incident management , and production monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, etc.). Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA , ServiceNow , or similar. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to the NBFC or financial services domain . Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation and log analysis. Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment.
