Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality product.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks.

Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Spring Security.
Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Knowledge of Splunk, AppD.
Experience with databases like Cassandra.
Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot etc

Non-Technical Skills:

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience and good understanding of IT SDLC lifecycle phases. Through understanding of Agile principles and practices
Demonstrated client facing skills, including managing client relationships. Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
Ability to work with business users to transform and develop requirements into design, implementation and business solutions
