Java Software Engineer

As a Senior Technical Consultant on our Professional Services team, you will play a crucial role in implementing technical solutions, custom development, third-party integration, data loading, and interface configuration. Your prior experience in a fast-paced environment and strong technical and communication skills will be essential for success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with Solution Architects, Tech Leads, and client teams to design, develop, and test customizations. You will be developing custom applications and enhancements using Java, Oracle, and scripting languages. Additionally, you will assist clients with technical aspects of implementations, lead data migration activities, and provide technical guidance and support to internal teams while mentoring junior team members. To excel in this role, you must have 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in software development/technical consulting. Strong proficiency in Core Java and J2EE, expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, and experience in developing or customizing applications using Java and scripting languages are a must. Your problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field will be key to your success. Moreover, exposure to middle-tier programming using Servlets, familiarity with web technologies such as HTML and XML, experience using Eclipse IDE and version control systems, and prior experience working in a client-facing environment will be advantageous. Mentoring experience or the ability to guide junior team members will also be beneficial for this role.,
