Java Software Developers

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using

  Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related frameworks

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Perform

  unit testing, integration testing, and debugging

  of applications.
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Work with

  REST APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations

  .
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest Java trends, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  Core Java

  and

  Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)

  concepts.
• Experience with

  Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, or JPA

  .
• Good understanding of

  RESTful APIs, JSON, and SOAP services

  .
• Database skills:

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle

  .
• Familiarity with

  Maven/Gradle

  build tools and

  Git/GitHub

  .
• Knowledge of

  Junit/TestNG

  for testing preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Eligibility

• Freshers:

  Good knowledge of Core Java and basic project exposure.

• Experienced (1–15+ years):

  Proven expertise in Java development and delivering enterprise applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science / IT / Engineering

  preferred, but not mandatory if skilled.

Salary Range

• Freshers:

  ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA

• Experienced:

  ₹6 LPA – ₹25 LPA (depending on skills and project experience)
