Java Software Engineer

You are a dynamic and technically sound Java Software Engineer with a passion for training others and contributing to real-world Java projects. In this role, you will deliver high-quality technical training sessions and be actively involved in software development and application support. Your responsibilities will include designing training materials, mentoring junior developers, staying updated with Java trends, collaborating on real-time projects, and providing technical support to internal teams and clients. You will deliver structured Java training sessions covering Core Java, OOPs, Java SE/EE, Spring Boot, and related technologies. Additionally, you will design coding exercises, assessments, and documentation to enhance the learning experience. Your role will involve mentoring junior developers, interns, and new joiners through live sessions, code reviews, and project-based learning. You will also collaborate with development teams on projects, assist in bug resolution, and support troubleshooting technical issues. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming, Java SE/EE, and experience with Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate, or JPA is required. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, microservice-based architecture, relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), SQL query optimization, Git, and version control workflows. Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to simplify complex topics and engage learners effectively.
