Service Line

Application Development and Maintenance

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.Design and implement scalable Java-based applications.Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development processes.Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.Participate in architecture and design discussions.Maintain documentation for software development processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in Java development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.Experience with microservices architecture, SQL, and version control systems (e.g., Git).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
