Job Description

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in building and operating large-scale, Kubernetes-based microservice platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure desirable), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and modern Java frameworks (Vert.x, Spring Boot).

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage global-scale microservices, messaging systems, API gateways, and service mesh.
Implement and operationalize workflows with self-service systems and guardrails.
Ensure reliability, performance, scalability, and security across services.
Work with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus), databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
Lead initiatives in data migration, large transaction systems, and KPI-driven infrastructure improvements.
Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and documentation.
Collaborate effectively across global, distributed teams.

Qualifications:

9–13 years of software development experience.
Strong CS fundamentals and experience in high-volume, mission-critical systems.
Proven operational experience with a focus on quality, precision, and security.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
