Java Full Stack Lead

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Job Summary As an Full stack application developer you will be responsible for developing React JS, JavaScript with background programming in Java/J2EE or .Net. Have a passion for creating the best user experience possible. You have a deep understanding of the browser's DOM, and you understand the difference between the various browsers. Key Responsibilities: 1. User Experience Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. 2. UI Development: Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices. Collaborate with developers to implement and integrate UI components into the overall application architecture. 3. Design Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and consistency. 4. Visual Design: Create visually appealing and consistent design elements, adhering to JPMC's brand guidelines and design standards. Ensure that design solutions are accessible and inclusive, meeting industry standards and best practices. 5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design skills and knowledge. Propose and implement improvements to design processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 6. Documentation and Communication: Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, decisions, and guidelines. Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Years of experience needed – 7+ years of Overall web development experience, experience working on Windows and Java platforms 3+ years’ experience with React, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, and Microservices. Technical Skills: Experience with design systems and component libraries. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Experience in financial services or a similar industry is a plus. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Proven experience in UX design and UI development, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and development work. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong skills in front-end development using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, or similar. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
