Java Full Stack Lead

Job Title: Lead Java FSD Developer

Location : WFH (But should come to the office once in a quarter based on the need with his/her own expenses.)

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.

2. Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Java-based solutions, leveraging Spring Boot for backend development and Angular for front-end development.

3. Hands-on Development: Participate in hands-on development activities, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.

4. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain code quality.

5. Technical Strategy: Define and drive the technical strategy for projects, selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and design patterns to meet project requirements and business objectives.

6. Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and coach team members, sharing knowledge and expertise in Java development, Spring Boot, Angular, and design patterns.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

8. Problem-solving: Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, leveraging your deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and design patterns.

9. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and API specifications.

Requirements:

1. 10+ Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java technologies.

2. Java Development: Proficiency in Java programming language, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and best practices.

3. Spring Boot: Extensive experience with Spring Boot framework for building robust and scalable backend applications.

4. Angular: Strong proficiency in Angular framework for developing dynamic and responsive web applications.

5. Design Patterns: In-depth knowledge and practical experience with software design patterns such as MVC, Singleton, Factory, etc., and their application in building scalable and maintainable systems.

6. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, drive technical excellence, and foster collaboration.

7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

8. Problem-solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.

9. Continuous Learner: A passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and related technologies.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Java, Spring, Angular) is a plus.
