About Position:

We are Looking for candidates with Knowledge and hands on experience with Core Java, Node.JS, React.JS, NoSQL, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Docker, Mongo DB or Redis.

Role: Java FullStack Lead
Location: All Persistent Locations
Experience: 9 to 12 Years
Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and implement software applications using Core Java and other programming languages.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintaining the highest quality of work.
The Dev Lead will also be responsible for designing and implementing advanced software solutions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Experienced Dev Lead to oversee our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintaining the highest quality of work.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Experience with front-end technologies like React.JS, Javascript.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
