Java Full Stack Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Developer with 1012 years of hands-on experience in software development. This role requires a dynamic professional who can handle both development and operational responsibilities, with flexibility to be allocated based on project needs, primarily where developer skills are in higher demand. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in full software development lifecycle activities including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Manage and maintain development and operational tasks efficiently. Ensure code quality, security, and best practices are followed. Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for production issues. Required Skills & Experience: Development Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira for tracking and managing development tasks.
