Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Sales & Technology Leader

to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead high-performing sales and technology teams. This role requires a strong background in

P&L management, multi-channel sales strategy, and technical expertise

to optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

P&L Ownership & Revenue Growth

  • Drive

    revenue and profitability

    across

    GT, MT, Quick Commerce, and E-commerce

    channels, ensuring sustainable growth and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and execute a

    comprehensive sales strategy

    , managing

    budgeting, forecasting, and revenue targets

    .

Channel Strategy & Expansion

  • Design and implement tailored

    sales strategies

    for each channel, maximizing performance while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Identify and evaluate

    new markets, geographies, and product categories

    for expansion, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a

    high-performing sales team

    , fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with

    marketing, supply chain, and product teams

    to align on

    go-to-market strategies, promotions, and product launches

    .

Technical Expertise (Good to Have):

  • Frameworks & Languages:

    Spring Framework,

    Amazon Corretto Java 8+

    , React JS, jQuery, Vue JS, Spring Boot (preferred), Shell Scripts.
  • Operating System:

    RHEL 8.0

    .
  • Database:

    Oracle 11g

    with strong

    PL/SQL

    skills.
  • Caching Solutions:

    Hazelcast

    .
  • Messaging & Search Technologies:

    Kafka (from a consumption perspective),

    SOLR, ELK Stack

    .
  • Application & Web Servers:

    WebLogic (basic), Tomcat, Apache (deployment experience).
  • Deployment & Debugging:

    Jenkins

    , strong debugging skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven track record in

    P&L management, revenue growth, and strategic sales leadership

  • Strong experience in

    multi-channel sales (GT, MT, Quick Commerce, E-commerce)

  • Ability to analyze

    market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives

    .
  • Exceptional

    leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Strong technical acumen with experience in relevant

    software, infrastructure, and deployment technologies
