Required Technical Skill Set**

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Experience working on Development projects on Java Springboot ,Microservices ,Kafka ,SQL, MYSQL
based enterprise application
Strong understanding of adanvced Java concepts like Multithreading, Memory Management, etc.
Ability to handle large projects end to end
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with Customer and stakeholders independently

Good-to-Have

Lead a project, independently work with customers.
Azure or Cloud exposure
Jenkins and deployment pipeline/tooling knowledge

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

As a Java, Springboot developer – the role involves working with the Agile Development squad and be involved in the Requirements gathering, Participation in the Agile Ceremonies, Analysis & Design, Development, Tesiting, Deployments, Support and Maintenace of the customer’s applicaiton
Mentor and guide juniors on the project, on technical issues and problems
