Java Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in various Java frameworks and technologies to join our team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise level applications, implementing complex business logic, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

● Designing, coding, and testing Java-based applications using Spring 3.2 core and Spring MVC frameworks.

● Developing and implementing business rules using Drools and integrating them into the application architecture.

● Working with EJB (Enterprise JavaBeans) to build scalable and robust enterprise applications.

● Creating and consuming SOAP web services for data exchange between systems.

● Utilizing Hibernate for object-relational mapping and database integration.

● Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate Java-based back-end functionality with JavaScript frameworks such as Backbone.js and Require.js.

● Writing efficient and maintainable code, following coding best practices and design patterns.

● Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues, ensuring the application's stability and performance.

● Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.

● Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

● Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Java development and related technologies.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of core Java concepts and object-oriented programming.

● In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Spring 3.2 core and Spring MVC frameworks.

● Familiarity with Drools and experience in implementing complex business rules.

● Proficiency in working with EJB and building enterprise-level applications.

● Experience in developing and consuming SOAP web services.

● Strong understanding of Hibernate and its integration with relational databases.

● Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Backbone.js and Require.js is a plus.

● Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.

● Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Java : 3 years (Required)
• Spring Boot: 1 year (Preferred)
