JAVA Developer

As a Developer in our team, you will be responsible for working on Development tasks assigned by the Project/Lead Manager. You will need to adhere to the Agile methodology and ensure the timely completion of the assigned tasks. An inherent aptitude and interest in technology are essential to facilitate continuous learning. Your motivation to delve into technical issues and comprehend the functional and technical implications of any alterations will be highly valued. We expect you to demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently on the tasks assigned to you. Your primary focus will be on executing projects collaboratively with the team, contributing across all phases of the development lifecycle. This includes writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code. Emphasis will be placed on ensuring the long-term quality of the software by considering the impact of code changes, understanding extensibility, and maintaining aspects of the software. Working closely with the development and testing teams, you will be responsible for completing assigned tasks to meet project deliverables. Your responsibilities will also include conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging, as well as transforming requirements into stipulations. Additionally, you will be involved in merging code as per the build and deployment strategy and tracking bugs reported by the QA team, resolving them according to the delivery plan. In terms of technical skills, proficiency in Core Java, EJB, Spring/Struts, JPA, Hibernate, Servlet, and JSP is required. You should have experience in exposing and consuming JSON-based RESTful services using Spring and familiarity with JavaScript component libraries such as AngulerJS, NodeJS, ExtJS, Dust, and JQuery. Knowledge of CSS, HTML, XML, XHTML, XSLT, and XSD is advantageous. A strong understanding of relational databases is essential, and familiarity with NOSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration within the team. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related fields. This role is based in Madhya Pradesh, Indore, India.,
