As a Developer in our team, you will be responsible for working on Development tasks assigned by the Project/Lead Manager. You will need to adhere to the Agile methodology and ensure the timely completion of the assigned tasks. Your responsibilities will also include conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging, as well as transforming requirements into stipulations. Additionally, you will be involved in merging code as per the build and deployment strategy and tracking bugs reported by the QA team, resolving them according to the delivery plan. In terms of technical skills, proficiency in Core Java, EJB, Spring/Struts, JPA, Hibernate, Servlet, and JSP is required. You should have experience in exposing and consuming JSON-based RESTful services using Spring and familiarity with JavaScript component libraries such as AngulerJS, NodeJS, ExtJS, Dust, and JQuery. Knowledge of CSS, HTML, XML, XHTML, XSLT, and XSD is advantageous. A strong understanding of relational databases is essential, and familiarity with NOSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration within the team.
