Strong problem-solving, analysis, and design skills are crucial, along with excellent communication and analytical abilities. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Any experience in PHP, Laravel, or app development would be considered an advantage. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies like NodeJs, Express, PHP, and IOT is beneficial. Familiarity with Agile methodology, sprints, and the ability to independently research and develop web applications are also desirable traits for this role.,
