Job Description

Work Mode: Hybrid
Work Location: Hyderabad and Chennai
Shift Requirement: 3PM to 12 midnight
NP: 30 Days
Skillset - Java, Springboot, Microservices, US Healthcare and Healthcare Claims Exp

We are looking for experienced Java Developers with a strong background in Spring Boot and proven expertise in US Healthcare Claims. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications, with a focus on healthcare claims processing systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements related to US healthcare claims.
Develop and optimize backend services for claims intake, adjudication, and processing workflows.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations.
Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.
Work with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-impact features.
Mentor junior developers (for the 9+ years role) and contribute to technical decision-making.

Skills Required

Strong programming experience in Java (8 or above) and Spring Boot framework.
Solid understanding of US Healthcare domain, specifically in Claims processing (EDI 837, 835, adjudication logic, etc.).
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL) and writing complex SQL queries.
Exposure to message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
Working knowledge of DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker.
Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Prior experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
