Role Description Role: Java Backend Tech Lead Experience: 4 to 8 Years Hiring Locations: Kochi, Trivandrum Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust Java backend applications within a Microservices Architecture. Provide technical leadership to a team of developers—guiding design decisions, performing code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed. Mentor and upskill junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver high-quality software on time. Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance tuning across the application stack. Required Skills 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development. Strong understanding and practical experience in Microservices Architecture using Spring Boot. Solid understanding of REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and multithreading. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
