Job Description

Role Overview: As a Java Backend Tech Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain robust Java backend applications within a Microservices Architecture. You will provide technical leadership to a team of developers by guiding design decisions, performing code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed. Additionally, you will mentor and upskill junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver high-quality software on time will be a key aspect of your role. Ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance tuning across the application stack will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust Java backend applications within a Microservices Architecture. - Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, guiding design decisions, performing code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed. - Mentor and upskill junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver high-quality software on time. - Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance tuning across the application stack. Qualification Required: - 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development. - Strong understanding and practical experience in Microservices Architecture using Spring Boot. - Solid understanding of REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and multithreading. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. - Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven team leadership or technical mentorship experience, with the ability to guide junior team members effectively.,
