Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop backend services and APIs using
Java 11+, Spring Boot, and AWS
.
Design and implement scalable and distributed systems to handle high-volume transactions.
Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Debug and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high system availability.
Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth release cycles.
Contribute to continuous improvement through technical innovation and code quality initiatives.

Requirements:

6-12 years
of experience in backend development.
Strong expertise in
Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS
.
Hands-on experience with
Microservices Architecture
and
distributed systems
.
Good understanding of
RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle)
and
NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB)
.
Exposure to
CI/CD (Jenkins)
,
Docker
, and caching mechanisms.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.
Experience in
Payment Gateways
or
financial transaction systems
is a must.
