About the Role: As a Full Stack Developer (SDE-2), you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining high-performance applications. You will work closely with our core product team to build cutting-edge features, integrating diverse data intensive applications. Also youll be crafting custom solutions tailored to client needs based on core product customizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of both backend and frontend technologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Responsibilities : Product Development: Contribute to the product development team and ensure timely delivery of product releases. Vision Alignment: Understand the Digilytics vision and help create and maintain a development roadmap. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients and team members to gather and comprehend client-specific product requirements. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the product delivered meets industry standards. Client-Specific Implementation: Develop tailored solutions on top of the existing product for clients. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with multiple stakeholders and coordinate efforts between onshore and offshore teams. Expected and Desired Skills: Strong Programming Skills: Deep understanding of technical problems and proficiency in coding practices. Data Structures and Algorithms: Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms to optimize code efficiency. Analytical Techniques: Excellent understanding of analytical techniques and the technology landscape. Hands-On Experience with: Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JPA, Spring Boot Databases like Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. REST/SOAP web services and Service-Oriented Architecture JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Interpersonal Skills: Good communication abilities to articulate ideas clearly at all levels. Adaptability: Ability to work in unfamiliar business areas and leverage skills to create innovative solutions. Team Collaboration: Capability to both work in and lead a team, while actively participating in peer reviews • Flexibility: A flexible approach to working hours and environment to meet business and client needs. Experience: Start-Up Mindset: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a strong focus on innovation, agility, and collaboration. A proactive approach to problemsolving and a willingness to embrace challenges are key attributes. Relevant Experience: 3-4 years of experience working closely with relevant technologies and developing world-class software solutions. Industry Knowledge: Domain expertise in serving customers, with experience in Financial Services considered a strong plus. Education Background: A Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in Software Engineering or Computer Science
