About the role: We are looking for a versatile and proactive Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our website infrastructure primarily built on WordPress while also contributing to a wide range of internal development projects. This role blends front-end and back-end development responsibilities with the opportunity to shape both external-facing platforms and internal tools. Responsibilities: Lead and maintain our company website, with a focus on performance, SEO, and user experience Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins based on business needs Design, develop, and maintain scalable internal web applications and tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Implement responsive, user-centric UI/UX across web platforms Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security Support DevOps processes, version control, and deployment workflows Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews Expected and Desired Skills Strong experience in full stack development using JavaScript/Angular/jQuery, HTML, CSS Hands-on experience with WordPress, including custom theme/plugin development Solid knowledge of PHP and MySQL in a WordPress context Understanding of SEO fundamentals and ability to implement best practices Experience with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, etc. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly at all levels Ability to work in unfamiliar business areas and to use your skills to create solutions Ability to both work in and lead a team and to deliver and accept peer review Flexible approach to working environment and hours to meet the needs of the business and clients Nice to Have: • Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) • Experience with headless CMS or decoupled WordPress architecture • Understanding of security, caching, and performance optimization techniques • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker
