Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Java + Azure Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development using Java (Spring Boot) and hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. You will play a key role in designing scalable solutions, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and performance of production systems.

Location:  Bangalore  

Mode of Work: Hybrid 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java (preferably Spring Boot). 
  
• Architect, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. 
  
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitHub Workflows. 
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps, Product) to define and deliver high-quality features. 
  
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through best practices in testing and design. 
  
• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing. 
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. 
  
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in Java and Azure ecosystems. 
  

Required Skills and Qualification:  

• 5 10 years of experience in backend development using Java (8 or above). 
  
• Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture.  
  
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API development. 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, etc.). 
  
• Experience in setting up and managing GitHub Actions / GitHub Workflows for CI/CD. 
  
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker (Kubernetes experience is a plus). 
  
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. 
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in agile team environments.  
  

Good to Have Skills: 

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep).  
  
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, ELK, etc.).  
  
• Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
