Java Azure Data Factory Developer

We are seeking an experienced ADF Developer with strong expertise in ETL development and hands-on experience using Azure Data Factory (ADF) along with Python or Java. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration pipelines and workflows across multiple systems to support analytics and reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF). Integrate data from multiple on-premise and cloud-based sources into the data warehouse environment. Develop and maintain data transformation logic using Python or Java. Optimize and troubleshoot ADF pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with data architects, BI developers, and business analysts to define data requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all data flows. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and process improvements. Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL workflows and data processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in ETL design and development. Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF). Proficiency in Python or Java for data processing and automation tasks. Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and SQL. Experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Azure SQL Database is an advantage. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good to Have: Experience working with big data platforms or cloud data ecosystems. Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance practices. Exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools for reporting integration.
