Job Description

We need 5 or more years of L3 production support experience across multiple technologies platform Required Skills Technology skills Java SQL Oracle Spring Boot with batch configuration Unix shell scripts Autosys job scheduling Ability to understand and develop code for fixing minor bugs issues Understands Cloud and DevOps configurations Application Health check monitoring Incident Management Problem Management using ServiceNow Ability to assess the impact of production issues & escalate to relevant technology partners and get it resolved at the earliest during extremely time critical regulatory commitments Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision & in a time sensitive environment Preferred Experienced & has a strong understanding of finance accounting domain Nice to have skills Good understanding of Jira Confluence Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Strong written verbal communication collaboration skills and ability to manage user vendor customer and to work with cross functional teams About Virtusa Teamwork, quality of life, professional and personal development: values that Virtusa is proud to embody.
