Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 15 years of experience in Software Testing to join our team as an Automation Tester. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and experience in coding using Core Java and Selenium.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and integrate good acceptance and integration test automation scripts with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
Lead multiple test paths simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Design and implement test strategies and frameworks to ensure efficient testing processes.
Analyze and report defects found during testing, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5-15 years of experience in Software Testing with a strong understanding of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
Proficiency in coding using Core Java and Selenium, along with experience in API and BDD testing.
Experience with test planning, estimations, and software development to build and use automation frameworks.
Strong knowledge of SQL, UNIX, and client-server architecture, with familiarity with Selenium scripts and Jenkins.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
