Java Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect

  enterprise-level applications

  using Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Define and implement

  technical architecture

  , integration patterns, and best practices.
• Lead the

  end-to-end application lifecycle

  , including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Design

  scalable, secure, and high-performance

  application components.
• Review code, optimize application performance, and guide development teams.
  
• Define API standards, service contracts, and integration approaches.
  
• Provide architectural governance, technical leadership, and mentorship.
  
• Work with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD implementation.
  
• Prepare

  high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD)

  , architecture diagrams, and documentation.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve platform performance.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in

  Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot

  .
• Deep understanding of

  microservices architecture

  and distributed systems.
• Experience with

  REST APIs, messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  cloud platforms

  : AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Knowledge of

  containerization and orchestration

  : Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of

  design patterns

  , OOP concepts, and system design.
• Experience with

  SQL/NoSQL databases

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle.
  
• Experience in performance tuning and scalable architecture design.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with

  Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)

• Knowledge of

  API Gateway

• Exposure to

  serverless architecture

• Understanding of

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 10+ years of hands-on Java development and architectural experiences
