He/She/They will have 12-15 years of experience in Software Industry with a strong project track record in Application Development, Agile, Custom Software Development. A Bachelor s degree is required;

• Java Architect working hands on critical and complex engagements with minimum 12 to 15 years of relevant experience


• Java, SpringBoot, Angular, API, Webservices, XSLT, XML and GenAI knowledge


• Cloud experience (Azure or AWS)


• Experience in high level estimations


• Able to create high level architecture diagrams


• Able to visualise the bigger picture in terms of technology and delivery landscape.


• Able to support project planning


• Demonstrates an ability and willingness to partner internally and externally to achieve appropriate objectives for clients and for the Capgemini


• Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the professional staff, senior level executives, and the business community at large


• A positive, results oriented style, evidenced by listening, motivating, delegating, influencing, and monitoring the work being done


• Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
