Java Application Development Expert

As an experienced professional in building highly available and scalable platforms using Java and Java EE technologies, you will be responsible for the following: - Having sufficient design experience in a complex enterprise software environment. - Designing and developing Java and Java EE solutions with over 14 years of software experience. - Demonstrating a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and coding. - Understanding Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent. - Applying various Design patterns such as Java EE, Gang of Four, and Microservices. - Utilizing UML effectively with hands-on experience in at least one UML tool. - Working with technologies like Java, Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, REST, and SQL. - Demonstrating knowledge of Open-Source tools. - Showcasing strong consulting skills with a track record of successful completion of large consulting engagements. - Possessing substantial experience in relational database and SQL, along with knowledge of NoSQL. - Collaborating effectively with Architects, technical leads, and business leads to arrive at solutions. - Leading technical teams to manage and deliver technology solutions. - Demonstrating good verbal and written communication skills. - Exposure to AI tools like co-pilot, cursor, codium, etc. - Leveraging AI tools in various stages of SDCL (Coding, Testing, CI/CD, Monitoring, and Support) will be an added advantage. Qualifications Required: - Experience in enterprise software environment using Java and Java EE technologies. - 14+ years of software experience with designing and developing Java and Java EE solutions. - Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals. - Good exposure to various Design patterns, UML, and Open-Source tools. - Strong consulting skills with successful completion of large consulting engagements. - Strong experience in relational database and SQL, knowledge of NoSQL. - Good team player with the ability to work with technical and business leads. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Exposure to AI tools and leveraging AI tools in SDCL stages. ,
