Role Description

This is a contract role for a Java Application Developer, located on-site in Pune. The Java Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. Day-to-day tasks include coding, debugging, and deploying applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The role also involves adhering to best practices in software development and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java and Jakarta EE
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Familiarity with the Spring Framework
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant certifications and prior work experience are a plus
