Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide Japanese language support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products/services offered by the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to ensure seamless communication between departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve language proficiency and product knowledge.

Work mode : Work from home

Notice period : Immediate

Desired Candidate Profile

  • N1-N3 level certification in Japanese language (JLPT).
  • 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on Account Management or Presales roles.
  • Strong understanding of English language (written & spoken) for effective communication with international clients.
  • Ability to work independently from home office setup with minimal supervision.
