Role Overview: As a Japanese Chef at Shinjuku Yakitori in Pune, your main responsibility will be to prepare authentic Japanese cuisine and oversee kitchen operations. You will be in charge of managing food supplies, ensuring quality and consistency in the dishes served, and contributing to menu development. This is a full-time hybrid role that also allows for some remote work.
