5+ years of experience in
IVR development
with strong knowledge of
Cisco CVP
,
UCCE
,
Call Studio
.
Proficient in
Java
(including multithreading, beans, REST APIs).
Experience with
ICM scripting
,
ICM configuration
, and CTI integration.
Working knowledge of
Nuance NMS
,
ASR
, and
TTS
.
Experience in deploying and troubleshooting IVR applications in enterprise-scale environments.
Solid understanding of telecom protocols, call control, and DTMF-based interactions.
Hands-on with
Web Services
,
XML/JSON parsing
, and backend integration.
Familiarity with tools such as
MAT
, and exposure to AI/NLP tools (Dialogflow) is a plus.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Capable of leading a small team and managing end-to-end project lifecycle.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new environments and technologies.
