Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IVA Agent/Packager located in Lucknow. The IVA Agent/Packager will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, packaging tasks, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction through timely responses, coordinating with other team members, and managing workflow efficiently. This role focuses on delivering excellent service and operational efficiency to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, and Communication skills
• Experience with Data Entry, Record Keeping, and Detail-Oriented tasks
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Technical proficiency with relevant software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
