About the Role:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
• Negotiate offers, track hiring metrics, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for long-term engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a recruitment/staffing firm.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client requirements and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
