Job Title: Domestic IT/Technical Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:


* Understand the hiring requirements of hiring managers (clients).

* Attract candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.

* Review resumes and screen candidates.

* Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

* Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.

* Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.

* Follow up with candidates and clients at each stage and close the candidate.

* Create, amend, and post job descriptions on various job boards and professional networks.

* Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods.

* Be self-driven in terms of performance.
