ITSM Developer

As an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 47 years of expertise, your role will involve designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions. You will work across core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Knowledge. Your responsibilities will include building Service Catalog workflows, scripting with JavaScript/Glide API, and implementing integrations via REST/SOAP. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI policies, and business rules. - Implement and optimize ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices. - Manage ServiceNow administration activities: upgrades, patches, cloning, access, and performance tuning. - Build integrations using REST/SOAP and automate workflows using Flow Designer/Workflow Editor. - Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Scripting, APIs, and Service Catalog development. - Knowledge of ITIL processes; good understanding of integrations and CMDB. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-Have: - ServiceNow CSA certification, ITIL certification, or Implementation Specialist credentials.,
