Job Description

You will be joining BMC as a Lead System Administrator, where you will be part of a team responsible for providing support in Windows, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker & Virtualization technologies. Your role will involve maintaining and supporting various OS platforms, Private and public cloud deployments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing, configuring, and maintaining ITSM workflows, modules, and integrations. - Implementing automation and AI/ML-driven solutions to enhance service outcomes. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver enhancements. - Ensuring effective support and optimization of ITIL-aligned processes. - Providing advanced technical support for ITSM platforms, including complex troubleshooting and resolution of high-priority issues. - Integrating ITSM platforms with enterprise applications, monitoring tools, and cloud services. - Mentoring junior team members and contributing to development best practices. - Staying updated on emerging ITSM, AI, and automation trends to propose innovative solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of hands-on ITSM development experience with proficiency in programming/scripting languages. - Strong understanding of ITIL practices and enterprise IT operations. - Experience in system integrations across ITSM and enterprise ecosystems. - Hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM / BMC Remedy development and administration.
