ITOM Senior Technical Consultant

NTT DATA is looking for an ITOM Senior Technical Consultant to join their team in Delhi, India. As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant at NTT DATA, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of implementations, integrations, and upgrades with clients of various sizes, including some of the top Enterprise companies in the world. The position offers direct access to accomplished individuals within the ServiceNow ecosystem and a commitment to learning and development. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience and 3 years of ITOM experience. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification in additional practice areas. Key responsibilities of the ITOM Senior Technical Consultant include participating in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising clients on best practices within the platform, collaborating effectively with virtual team members, and contributing to multiple Agile engagements.
