Role Summary

Lead the design and strategic implementation of IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, aligning with business needs and CMDB best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Architect Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management solutions.
Define CSDM implementation roadmap.
Optimize MID Server deployments and data normalization.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of CMDB and service modeling
ServiceNow ITOM and Architect certifications preferred
