ITOM Architect

You will be responsible for leading the design and strategic implementation of IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, aligning with business needs and CMDB best practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Architecting Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management solutions. - Defining CSDM implementation roadmap. - Optimizing MID Server deployments and data normalization. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Strong understanding of CMDB and service modeling. - Preference for ServiceNow ITOM and Architect certifications.
