Itinerary Planner

As a Travel Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to design and manage international travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for our clients. You will be tasked with researching destinations, planning routes, and suggesting cost-effective yet convenient travel options. Managing visa requirements, travel insurance, and other essential documentation for international travel will also be part of your role. In this position, you will be required to liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to negotiate and confirm bookings. Your quick problem-solving skills will be essential in handling any changes, cancellations, or emergencies that may arise during travel, ensuring a smooth journey for our clients. Maintaining accurate travel records, invoices, and expense reports will be crucial to track and manage travel expenses effectively. Additionally, providing administrative support such as calendar management, email coordination, and scheduling will be part of your daily tasks. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the same domain. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at our designated location.
