Key Responsibilities: Curating & Managing Travel Itineraries: - Design Customized Travel Itineraries: Create tailored travel plans that balance adventure and cultural immersion, catering to solo travelers and experience seekers. - Source & Coordinate Unique Travel Experiences: Engage with local operators, boutique accommodations, cultural experts, and adventure guides in India and internationally to offer authentic and exclusive travel experiences. - Destination Research & Curation: Identify and research offbeat locations, immersive cultural interactions, and responsible adventure experiences. - Budget & Cost Management: Provide transparent pricing, ensuring cost-effective yet high-quality travel experiences. Operations & Logistics Execution: - Vendor & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, transportation providers, local hosts, and experience curators. - Booking & Coordination: Handle hotel bookings, activity reservations, transport logistics, and special experience arrangements, ensuring a smooth journey for clients. - Visa & Documentation Guidance: Assist travelers with visa processes, travel permits, and essential documentation. - On-Ground Execution & Troubleshooting: Proactively manage last-minute changes, cancellations, or travel disruptions, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Background in travel consulting, tourism, hospitality, or destination management. - Direct experience in managing boutique, luxury, or adventure travel operations. - Hands-on knowledge of visa processes, sustainable travel, and experiential tourism. - Experience in managing personalized travel experiences for high-end or niche travelers.
