ITIL Specialist / IT Service Management (ITSM) Professional

Position: ITIL / ITSM Specialist

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 38 years of experience

  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes:

    • Incident Management

    • Problem Management

    • Change Management

    • Service Request Management

    • Configuration Management

  • ServiceNow / Remedy / Jira Service Desk

  • SLA / OLA management and reporting

  • process documentation, governance, and compliance

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.


 Responsibilities:

  • ITIL processes

  • end-to-end incident, problem, and change management processes

  • timely resolution of issues

  • SLA compliance

  • process improvements and automation

  • root cause analysis (RCA)

  • training and guidance
